Terms of Service

This agreement sets out the terms and conditions for the MEANDEX platform, a platform designed to analyze website content and generate optimized output for AI systems.

The platform aims to increase website visibility in generative AI systems. The service is provided without guarantees regarding uninterrupted functionality or specific performance improvements.

Users warrant that they own the rights to submitted content and that such content does not infringe on third-party rights. They agree not to submit sensitive personal data beyond the scope of the service.

There are four subscription tiers: Free, Pro, Business, and Enterprise. Monthly or annual billing cycles renew automatically unless cancelled. Payments are processed through third-party providers.

Refunds are available within 14 days of the initial payment. Refunds are only available for the first subscription payment and do not apply to subsequent billing cycles.

Users may cancel at any time; changes take effect at the end of the billing period. The company reserves the right to immediately suspend the service in the event of Terms violation or illegal activity.
